Bargeman and Woman

The bargeman and his wife are quite people, they keep to themselves going about their business without drawing a great deal of attention. The community embraces them both as respected members. They are in their mid forty’s and although are happy with their lives they wish that they could be more exciting, more adventurous. Jarrod the bargeman is not happy with his job as it is repetitive but would not confront his wife or admit this, as it is all he knows how to do and needs to support his family with the wage it provides. His wife Gretta adores her husband but can sense his distain for his job, she is grateful for his commitment to a job he has such a great dislike for just for his family. A change is needed for these two it may not be great but they are reaching out for something new something more. They have only one son, this is the only family of which they are in contact with. They both left home at an early age to pursue greater things but found it hard to create opportunities to get ahead in life, the shame in returning home after failing is what drove them to succeed. The past for this couple is lined with disappointment and dark secrets, however the future for the whole family holds promise as they move into the next stage of their lives. A private family they are making an effort to play a larger role in their community, they wish to enrich their lives through friendship to break free of the past and throw them selves into the future. For the future will offer a lot for this family........
